hello beautiful ladies. I have a few questions about grains and carbohydrates numbers. I went shopping for brown rice and it said it have 40grm of carbs, so my question is, how many carbs? should a item should have between x and y. and i was read ed regular rice and it had 42gr confusion please help because this carbohy are driving me crazy. and i don't even want to step in to bread dept because i will loose it. thank everyone one.
Chela, stop fretting about the carb count. Just be sure to choose foods that are on the approved list. This plan is about GOOD carbs. Of course, if you eat too many, you won't lose but that's true of any healthy food!
