FF Soy Milk vs. Regular Soy Milk
Quite possibly a stupid question, but I can't help but get paranoid about what I'm eating. I wanna make sure I'm doing this WOE right...
Aside from the fat content, does it matter which one I can have? I prefer to use FF soy...that IS ok right? I'm assuming the concept is still the same like whole milk VS. skim milk, riiiiiiiiight? here are the ingredients: filtered water, organic brown rice, organic soymilk (filtered water, organic soybeans), soy protein isolate, natural flvours, Tricalcium phosphate, guar gum, Xanthan gum, carrageenan, carob bean gum, sea salt, vitamin a palmitate, vitamin d2. calories 70 total fat 0 dietary fiber 0 sugars 11 (i'm assuming because this is milk?) it also says it's enriched with vitamins a, d & calcium. i got this from Trader Joes; it's the Yellow & White box... |
:welcome: to The Beach. If you check out the Phase I Revised Food list in this section, you will find "Milk (1% or fat-free) and soymilk (low-fat plain) "
under allowable beverages. |
great thank you much. the only reason why i ask is because it IS soy and not regular milk. wanting to make sure that FF SOYMILK is OK...

Trader Joe's in Vancouver?
Happy Canuck, OMG, you have a Trader Joe's in Vancouver. If so, you lucky duck. I spend the summers in Victoria and we sure could use one here. Love that store and Whole Foods too. I have heard you have one of those.
