what about espresso drinks?

    Wouldn't it be OK as long as that's your only caffeine fix for the day AND it was made w/ FF milk??.... It's nothing more than coffee & milk, right? *bats eyes hoping it's OK b/c she LOVES espresso*

    No need to bat your eyelashes! It's OK as long as done with LF milk and artificial sweetener.
