The reason we want people to move to Phase II is because it is more nutritionally sound. You should continue to lose on Phase II. Loss will be slower but it will happen.
Why are you considering vitamin shots? With this new lifestyle and lots of veggies plus a multi-vitamin you should be OK. Has your doc done a nutritional profile?
