Peas -Phase 1

I just started SB 2 days ago. Phase 1 says you can have snow peas, what about regular frozen green peas? I've ordered the SB book from Amazon but haven't received it yet.

Sorry but frozen green peas are not allowed on Phase I.
While you wait for your book, be sure to check out the Phase I food list. It has foods not lsited in the book unless the book has been updated.
