Back to the Beach
I was on the beach about 2 years ago, but fell off the wagon. Then I did WW core plan and fell off that wagon too. I've let myself gain 100 pounds in the 2.5 years since my wedding and I've got to lose it for my health.
I was reading the allowed food list for P1 and was wondering if someone could clarify something for me. Is smoked deli turkey okay or does it have to be just oven roasted turkey?
It's my hope that I'll stick to it this time...I've got the support of my husband and we're joining a gym in the next little bit so I'll have the exercise part going for me to. I need to look at this as a way of life instead of just a diet.
