Default CornStarch?

I can't find if cornstarch can be used .... I know, Iknow, Corn----Starch , the combo doesn't sound like it fits for SBD LOL....

If it shouldnt be used, does anyone have an idea for a thickener replacement?

Thanx!

Small amounts are okay in phase 2 in a limited frequency. You can substitute arrowroot but that is more expensive. I've also used a small amount of wheat flour sometimes.

Schatzi, if you have any health food stores near you, check them out. There are all kinds of different "flours" you can get.
