Default Pudding

Quick question. I was just wondering if we are able to eat the sugar free jello pudding (there is about 5 cabs when mixed). I bought a package but was not sure if we are allowed to eat it? I am still on phase I and was not sure if I could eat it? I am not a big fan of the ricotta cheese so I tend not to eat any desserts but feel that I need something to get me through a few cravings!

Thanks

Buckie, try the no sugar added fudgesicles, pudding isn't allowed til phase 2.
