Question Ingredients to Avoid?

I'm trying to compile a comprehensive list of "no-no" ingredients, like corn syrup. The one drawback to the SBD book is that it's just not very specific on a lot of things. I love the way of eating, but I sure think the book could have been better written.

So, anyone have such a list already typed up? If so, please share, if not, let's start one!

Why not just stick with what IS allowed? Or buy the GFGC Guide? It's pretty detailed.

There have been several complaints about the way the book is written. Have you considered writing the author?

I'm going to get the Guide, but I thought a list would be helpful for all involved. It's hard to know what is allowed when you don't know what ingredients aren't allowed, kwim? Although this isn't a hugely restricted WOE overall, for someone who can't stomach artificial sweeteners, it can get pretty boring...knowing specifically what to avoid would be helpful while looking for new things to try.
