I know I asked about cottage cheese, thats okay as long as it is low fat. If I opt have that for lunch instead how much can I have and what else can I have with it?? (I thought about mixing it w/ sweet and low and cinnamon) Sorry for all the questions I ordered the book and I have't received it yet. BTW I'm on Phase one Oh yeah I started SBD on Monday the 12 of Jan and I have lost 5.5 pounds
I don't know the limits on cottage cheese, hopefully somebody else does. The carb/fat guide says a serving is 1/2 cup, and that fat free and 1% is 'good' but it doesn't say how much is too much, if there is a limit. Maybe you could mix it with some grape tomatoes, and salt and pepper. Or sprinkle some chopped nuts on it, or maybe a piece of turkey bacon and some sliced deli meat.
