Ruthxxx Chicago Peace Join Date: Aug 1999 Location: Delta, Ontario, CANADA Posts: 25,486 S/C/G: 232/181/153 Height: 5'0" on a tall day	Although they are not specifically listed under Legumes for Phase I, they are nutritionally equivalent to kidney beans, i.e., calories, carbs and fiber are nearly identical. So go ahead and enjoy remembering that 1 half cup is a serving. And Welcome to The Beach
