Default Mypolex Lite protien shake

Is Myoplex Lite shakes ok on Phase one? I only drink protein shakes for dinner - is there any acceptable ones on Phase 1?

I don't use protein shakes so I may not be the best one to respond to your question, but the only ingredient I question is the Corn Maltodextrin, which may not be SBD compatible.

Ingredients:
Filtered Water, MyoProŽ Protein Blend (Milk Protein Concentrate, Soy Protein Isolate And Calcium Caseinate), Corn Maltodextrin, Less Than 2% Of: Fructooligo- saccharides, High Oleic Sunflower Oil, Natural And Artificial Flavor, Vitamin And Mineral Blend (Magnesium Phosphate, Potassium Citrate, Sodium Ascorbate, Vitamin A Palmitate, Beta-Carotene, Vitamin D3, dl-Alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate, Niacinamide, Zinc Gluconate, Calcium Pantothenate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Riboflavin, Manganese Gluconate, Thiamine Hydrochloride, Folic Acid, Biotin, Chromium Chloride, Potassium Iodide, Phytonadione,
Sodium Molybdate, Sodium Selenite, Cyanocobalamin), Cottonseed Fiber, Sodium Hexametaphosphate, Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium And Carrageenan.
