I just started Phase 1 and I'm wondering if there are any canned soups (like the Weight Watcher 1 point soups) that are alright to eat on Phase one. Also can 1 eat any of the frozen South Beach meals on Phase 1???
I'm trying to make this easy - without a lot of cooking.
There is lots of information in the Frequently Asked Questions Section and some excellent recipes. Lots of us cook ahead and freeze for quick and easy meals.
Check the labels on the frozen dinners for the Phase - I think most are Phase II.
Change isnít easy. But if you donít change, you stay the same, and whereís the fun in that?
