I am new also - this is my first day - have to lose 100 lbs - but just reading all these stories from REAL women makes me think maybe I can do it - just maybe - keep up the stories!!! you guys are all amazing!!!

I am on day 6 of phase 1...my third try..though i dont call the other times a real try.. So far pretty good..been keeping my cravings at bay..i have about 100 pounds to lose..and im afraid of failing.. Ive lost 5.6 pounds, though the scale claims i went up a pound today...I really want to be the next success story..i need this change..for life..its not just for the short term..but for life..because if i dont, i will die..And i want to be around long enough for my daughter to have a mother..and my hunny to have his fiancee to be wife...
