Uh Oh ... I think I screwed up. I went to the deli at the grocery store, and bought a pound of their oven roasted turkey breast slices, and have eaten a few today. I was looking at my book, and it said under cold cuts "Low fat or fat free only..." And since it was from the deli there was no nutrition label on it. Now i'm worried I ate the wrong kind and un-did my whole day.
I'm going to try and look it up on the grovery stores website to see if they have nutrition facts.
