Hi!

I was wondering if someone knew if WASABI beans were allowed in Phase 2. My doctor told me to start this diet on Phase 2 in order to stop my uncontrollable pregnancy weight gain. Last week I gained 6 pounds and i am only 16 weeks pregnant...

Any advice would be great!

so is wasabi.... should be fine.

if you mean wasabi peas, I love those. they are fried, so if that is a problem for you, just be aware.

I just googled wasabi beans out of curiosity, and found a snack mix that contained edamame beans coated in some kind of crust. The crust contained wasabi, but also contained sugar and other things. Is this what you have? A one ounce serving has 128 calories, 5 grams sugar, and 310 mg sodium.

oh i love wasabi peas... but since wasabi is a seasoning and i've seen wasabi mayonaise and wasabi almonds.. i figured there could be wasabi beans.
