I need some structure!
I have been doing pretty well on just a balanced 1200 calorie diet for the last month, and I am happy with my progress but I am looking for a little more structure now that the first 11 pounds have flown off and I am starting to face more obstacles. I am so surprised to find that I have been eating in a sort of south-beach style on my own without really knowing it, so I think this will be a good fit for me. I have already eliminated white sugars and flours and most starchy veggies. I plan to go to the bookstore tomorrow and pick up the book and then to the grocery to get prepared. I have enjoyed the informative and knowledge-packed threads on this forum. Thanks!
