I've been going to Whole Foods and getting various chicken salads from the deli. They list the ingredients right on the label. I don't see any added sugar but wonder if these salads may not be aceptable. For some reason I feel guilty eating them? Maybe the mayo they use has lots of sugar? Does anyone else eat the deli salads from Whole Foods? Or know for sure if any are for Phase 1?
