Southwest Salad with Grilled Chicken:
Salad Mix, Grilled Chicken Breast Filet, Southwest Vegetable Blend, Cilantro Lime Glaze, Shredded Cheddar/Jack Cheese, Limes, Chili Lime Tortilla Strips, Liquid Margarine
Chili Lime Tortilla Strips:

Other thing I picked up from perusing the nutritional data from both places, the chicken they use may sound legal since it says grilled but its soaked in a sugar/salt type solution.
