On Sunday, I am supposed to go onto Phase II, but I don't think I can make it until then. I have lost only four pounds so far, but if I see another egg for breakfast, I am going to lose it. Is it okay to go onto Phase II before I'm done Phase I? Any success stories with that?
Hm...I'm not to sure about that one. Today is my last day on Phase 1, and I have never eaten eggs for breakfast once. I usually have a yogurt or I have 3 slices of chicken breast and 3 slices of cheese rolled up into 3 seperate rolls. I would stick it out...you havent got that much more to go!!! hang in there!!! but you should do what you feel comfortable with.

Current weight: 207
Goal: My dream has always been to be a single digit size. So whatever weight I am in a size 6!
