I'm trying to decipher whether or not i can eat any of these in Phase II, and I've gotten myself all confused...
the phase II list on here doesn't mention adding any of those back, but on another area (or was it another website??) it said turnips yes and rutabagas sparingly, whatever that means. my parsnips are baby parsnips, which makes me think they're not as high-carb as normal but still these may be out.
(i'm a supporter of a farm & get a box every week...this week's box had all 3 of these lovely, freshly harvested veggies in it, hence my question.)
