Was wondering if anyone knew what drinks were safe at starbucks for phase 1...

I love having the nonfat cafe latte with splenda.

I've been drinking a grande nonfat steamer with sugar free vanilla, no whip. 2 cups of skim milk and there's my dairy requirement for the day!

Elie - I order exatly what you said (and make them at home). I do not always use the Splenda, but it is allowed. And while caffiene should be limited, I am a nicer person having a least one "real" cup of coffee each day. Enjoy!
