Default Great low point grill marinade

I've used this for salmon but since salmon is high in points (6 oz. is 7 points, but 4 oz can probably sustain you) I've also tried it with chicken and flank steak:

3 tablespoons of lite soy sauce
1-2 tablespoon of dijon mustard
1 clove of garlic finely chopped
2-3 teaspoons of olive oil

I normally only use 1 teaspoon of Olive Oil becuase i don't think the marinade needs it. No need for the extra calories, since the mustard and soy sauce provide LOTS of flavor.

Use this as a marinade and save a little extra on the side to pour over the food once cooked. Best bet is to grill whatever meat, fish, poultry your using, but I think it could work well in the broiler.

Enjoy!
