So I basically just kind of made up a recipe.
Cook quinoa according to the box.
Shred romaine lettuce put and put it in a bowl.
Cook chicken with a little EVOO and sprinkle some cumin on it
Toss in some red pepper too
When all that's done, put in salad bowl. Put in a few spoonfuls of quinoa
Top with avocado and cilantro
Squeeze a little lime on top
It was delish.
