This is a very easy recipe for a Crisp Cuke salad... It is delish! It can be used as a base to add other veggies.
2 cukes – slice paper thin
1 onion –slice thin
.5 cup white vinegar
.25 cup water
3 tbs splenda
1 tsp salt
Soak sliced cukes in ice cubes with a sprinkle of salt. Chill for 30 mins. Drain all liquid. Add onion .mix water and vinegar and stir splenda in to dissolve. sprinkle pepper and pap on top...
(The ice cubes and salt drain the cuke of some water, between the cukes being super cold, they give you a nice crisp crunch.)
