Black and Blue
Great Salad. We make it at the restaurant I work at and It often keeps me from snacking on french fries and having a burger after work (we get a free meal every shift we work). Many of the servers rave about it and the steak is really good with the blackened cajun spices.
4 oz steak
dried cajun spices
muslin salad mix
red onion
cucumber
cerry tomatoes
red peppers
dressing
it's very simple. press the spices on both sides of the steak and grill for about 1-2 minutes per side (depending on how truly blue you want the steak). mix salad, onion, tomatoes, peppers. Add dressing (ranch tastes best but you can use whatever you want). slice steak and add to salad.
simple and great tasting.
