4 large tomatoes
4 avocadoes, peeled, and diced
1 small red onion, diced
1/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing (I found a no-sugar version that's really pretty good!)
salt and pepper to taste
1. Mix all ingredients about an hour prior to serving and chill.
