I'm trying to eat more oatmeal, but I have an issue with the texture that makes me gag... So, I've made a sort of homemade granola before with oats, honey, walnuts, cinnamon, and vanilla that I ate with milk like a cereal. I'd like to make the recipe without the honey, but I don't know that it will work without something to stick it together. Does anyone have any suggestions for a low-calorie substitute that would work? Thanks!
