I've recently found NoNut golden pea-butter. I would like to learn how to make this myself; I was wondering if anyone had a recipe for it?
I've just recently switched to vegetarian/gluten free and before last week I had never eaten tofu or chickpeas before. Now I'm fascinated with all the things you can substitute and make into other things... I made 2 point per serving grape icecream out of frozen puree'd grapes and silken tofu and it was amazing!
I'm trying to continue the trend now with the pea butter; I will eventually get to almond butter and other things like that.
