I just bought a Ninja Master Prep (similar to Magic Bullet) because I am looking to incorporate healthy shakes and smoothies into my diet,.
I like veggies quite a bit but I HATE to cook and my diet suffers! I am looking for smoothie/shake recipes that have things other than standard fruit. I saw a couple recipes that have Flaxseed - can't wait to try those! I have heard of throwing fresh spinach into smoothies. Does any one have any good recipes or ideas?
Any ideas of healthy additives that will blend well with fruit would be very much appreciated!
