We've been posting some slow cooker recipes in the South Beach thread too. I just made the chili lentil stew with PB today. I absolutely love my crockpot and use it several times a week - once a week to make refried beans (yes, I love beans!).
Baby steps, getting back on track 2015. Moving the next 10 lbs by the end of the summer.
Maintaining 48 lb loss since 2008, working off regain to a sensible maintenance level. 60 lbs and counting!
