I eat Paleo, btw, which is the reason for all the meal. lol I have been trying to make a goal for myself: a veggie at every meal, even if it's just some cucumber slices or red pepper strips or a sprinkle of spinach in with my eggs. We follow a gluten-free, casein-free, soy-free diet at our house (no wheat, milk, or soy), my 3yo son has Autism and we have seen HUGE, AWESOME gains since the change. I have found a lot of Paleo recipes super helpful! The kid loves his veggies thankfully.
