Hi all! My lo is six months and i stopped.losing weight around three months, though in that time i dropped 40 pounds. I had felt really tired, and my thyroid is at a 9 (tsh). I'm currently on synthroid trying to fix that but considering desicated thyroid instead. Anyways, I've lost most of the weight i gained while pregnant, but o started at 210. I'm hoping to get down to 160 before the next baby.
Is calorie counting the only safe way to lose?
