Default Prenatal workout dvd recommendation

Hi so recently found out I was pregnant and been working out excessively and losing weight but now that I'm pregnant I want to maintain a healthy lifestyle and need at home workout DVDs

So what dvds have you tried and which ones worked for you...

I have used Lauren Brooks Baby Bells for both my pregnancies and loved it. You can do it with just bodyweight if you need to, but since you've been training already, I recommend using a kettlebell. It was great. I thank it for a 12 hour back to back home birth!

The perfect pregnancy workout, volume one. I liked using that. But I mostly swam laps as time went on.
