I'm new here. Just getting started on my journey. I'm nursing babies 3 and 4 (tandem nursing my toddler and 3 month old) and just met with a dietitian yesterday to get a calorie count and overview of safe diet while nursing.
I have to lose 68#. I'm nervous and fear I won't succeed because I haven't in the past. But I feel ready and am working on those feelings of fear, trying to replace them with positives.
