I'm new here. Just getting started on my journey. I'm nursing babies 3 and 4 (tandem nursing my toddler and 3 month old) and just met with a dietitian yesterday to get a calorie count and overview of safe diet while nursing.

I have to lose 68#. I'm nervous and fear I won't succeed because I haven't in the past. But I feel ready and am working on those feelings of fear, trying to replace them with positives.

Thank you! Tandem nursing isn't easy, and honestly I'm ready to be done tandem nursing, but my toddler still clings to it (he's 2.5). So we'll see how long it goes for.

I need to get dinner started, but I'm anxious to check out some of the other threads on here later!
