Default hunger

It's that time of night where I feel like I should have a snack even though I am not hungry. I just feel I should eat something. Any suggestions to help break this habit or feeling. I have already had water and that has not made a difference. I just feel like I should be eating right now.

Hi Mrs. Augie,
I'm not sure what sort of diet plan you're following, if anything specific, but I think eating fruit during high craving times helps me. Do you let yourself have free fruits and veggies?

One of my biggest problems is that I typically don't have the fruit ready to go -- and it's a pain in the arse to clean and cut it ... in that same time I could scarf down 2 of my daughters sugar cookies. (Sadly, I do that too much, ergo the scales lack of positive (yet negative) movement.)

Good luck - sounds like you're on a great path with a strong direction - keep up the good work!
