I'm due July 29th and just wanting to see if anyone else is right there with me! I've been burying my head in the sand and eating whatever I wanted, but now I think I need to get back on some sort of track so that I won't be making my post partum weight loss any harder than it needs to be.
I'm due exactly a week after you are Linda - August 5th. Our first baby!!! So far I've gained 25lbs with 6 weeks to go. Hoping for a "natural" delivery so I can start exercising fairly quickly - I've been really bad with exercise during pregnancy (as in almost none) but I plan on breastfeeding exclusively for the first 6 months so I know any diet would have to be moderate - so exercise is really my main game plan postpartum.
