So I have been going back and forth with this weight loss thing. Worked out really well last year and got down to the low 140's, which I was happy with. Now of course it all came back and I'm in the upper 150's. But something just clicked the other day....we are going to start trying for Baby #2 and I need to lose another 10 pounds.
I was waffling back and forth, eating healthy for a few days here and there and getting a quick run in. But not that I realize this baby thing is creeping up, I need to do something about it. So I hope with your guys help, I can get rid of these 10 pounds + and have another healthy and happy baby.
