Welcome and congrats and your little one!

I started my weight loss journey 4 months ago (when my daughter was 5 months old)
The only thing that has ever worked for me was counting calories. I also plan my meals ahead of time so I will never stuck on what to eat.
Exercise is also a HUGE part of my plan.
I started out doing 30-45 minute sessions. 5 times a week. I now do it daily. 1-2 hours a day.

Good luck!!

I started calorie counting when DD was 5 months. She's now 10 months, and I've lost over 65 pounds. I haven't had any issues with supply, which was one of my fears. I nursed DS until 18 months (when supply dried up due to pregnancy) and hope to nurse DD as long as she wants. It's been absolutely great for my weight loss, that's for sure. Congrats on your little one!
