Default Hello (again)

I've been here before multiple times, but I just keep getting pregnant... ;-) I started this pregnancy at 175, and now after having baby I'm just coming down from 190. My short term goal is to lose down to 178 by October 7th, which is my 10-year high school reunion. Motivation, righ? After that I'd like to continue to lose until my goal weight, which is 145. I have never been under 150 in my adult life, so that is a huge goal for me! I have lost successfully with Weight Watchers points in the past, so I'm doing that. I calculated that I should have 36 pts a day. I can do that, right? I also worry about my milk supply though, so my biggest challenge will be NOT indulging in empty calories on my way to those points every day. I need to make most of what goes in my mouth nutritious if I want the "privilege" of restricing my calories. Because it's more important that I keep my supply up than lose weight, but I'd really really like to do both! In the past I've waited too long and been lazy, and I haven't done myself any favors. I want to feel pretty and fit into my "normal" clothes again!

I had the problem with my milk supply once a short time ago when I lost some weight pretty fast. I increased my calorie intake and have been losing weight more slowly since and I don't seem to have a problem now.

Also, a personal trainer (in progress) mentioned fenel greek? (I'll have to look it up) is a natural herb supplement that is suppose to increase the milk supply? I still haven't looked it up though so I dunno if it works or what it does. Always need to check those supplements out before I run and buy it from a herb/health store!

Anyways, good luck! And give yourself time ad don't get frustrated or depressed, three kids is TOUGH! I know!
