My morning sickness is completely gone but I've discovered that chicken still makes me sick every time I eat it. Such a drag! I can't eat chicken, I don't eat fish (never have been able to choke it down) and I'm allergic to soy. I guess this is going to be a beans and red meat baby!!

I was disappointed that I gained 5 lbs this month, but I'm not going to let it get me too down. I was on vacation for the 5 days before I went to the Dr so I know all the eating out and salt contributed to the gain. Next month will be better! By this time with my first I had gained 20+lbs, I'm only at 4 lbs gained with this one. Not too much to complain about.

Weight loss on hold while I'm pregnant with baby #3, due June 2012.

23 weeks and already gained 23 lbs.
This just scares me to think that I'll be pushing 40+ lbs at the end of the pregnancy.
I'm going back to a low carb diet or at least try to maintain with an appropriate carb count during pregnancy, which is 65-70 carbs a day. Obviously following the calorie thing isn't working, I might be consuming too many carbs....I guess.
