Very likely. Same happened to me, Nothing had changed in my diet or exercise. Well its what ticked me off before finding out I was pregnant. When it came out positive, it made sense. It could be either that or constipation.
Mine was a combo of both. My midwife switched me to Magnesium because calcium can cause constipation.

touchmytoes~ Oh, yes! I look like I'm showing already, although that's kind of impossible. I'm so bloated though, so I think that's why. I hear bloating is common. Congrats on seeing the sac! I'm so excited for you!

I went to my RE yesterday and the blood clot is gone! Yay! I've been release from his care and get to continue on with my midwife. He did say the placenta was a little low, but he said that will usually correct itself as the uterus grows.

hi everyone. I see a lot of good news and that is great. Any way been really busy getting things ready for the nursery. Mainly gettting the other room drywalled. now we have to prime and paint it and move my son into it then repaint his old room. we are shooting for the end of March to have him out and then mid-april to have the repainting done.

Have narrowed our name list down to 3 names, Victoria Robin, Elizabeth Robin, or Lila Robin.

One of my friends went through that but it ended up correcting itself later in the pregnancy.
your little one is in my prayers.

That's pretty much what I aim for - as long as it isn't a step up from your activity pre-pregnancy it shouldn't be a problem - just listen to your body and stop if something starts hurting or you feel lightheaded.

I just got off the bike, in fact, and other than my butt being a bit sore I feel great

I've been doing brisk walks on my treadmill everyday pre-pregnancy. When I found out I was pregnant I dropped the speed a little but continued doing my workouts on an incline. The days that I wasn't feeling horribly nauseous or fatigued (first trimester) I would do my workouts. Now I do it 6 days a week for an hour but if I only get 30 minutes in thats fine.
Definitely, listen to your body.

I wish I had the energy to exercise! I'm hoping to get out this weekend for a good long walk with DH and the dog.

mrsaugie~ All of those names are pretty.

Time is definitely going by slower. I'm only 15 weeks and I feel like I should be about 20 or 22 by now. Creeping along, this one is.
