Pre-pregnancy weight: 202lbs
Weight 2 days before I gave birth: 238lbs
Started weight loss: 227.5lbs
10 days into weight loss: 225.5lbs
End of 2nd week: 222.4 lbs
End of week 3: 218.8lbs
Goal: 135-140ish
What "plan" are you doing to lose the weight?
I am nursing my 8 (almost 9) month old and I'm counting calories, doing workout videos like 3-4 times a week at home, and going on long walks with the family 1-2 times a week...
Though the past couple days I haven't worked out at all!!! GAHHH I need to tonight but I just get sooo tired :-(
