You can take acetaminophen (generic name for Tylenol) while pregnant & I have always been allowed to take pseudoephedrine (real Sudafed, the stuff you now have to ask the pharmacist for) as necessary, but that was pretty much the extent of what we were allowed. I have, however, heard of some pregnant mamas being allowed to take Mucinex, but that's something you'll have to enquire about directly. If your OB doesn't know, try going to a regular doctor & asking.

Check www.safefetus.org

Stick with a class A drug if you can find one!

At 10w, I would be careful what you take. I also was always told Tylenol and Sudafed only.
