Probably goes without saying, but I'm pregnant! Got the BFP last night. I didn't get down to my goal weight, but the pregnancy snuck up and came a month or two early. I will NOT gain a ton this time. I refuse to. I blame last time on quitting smoking. I gained 30 pounds in the first trimester!
Luckily I never started smoking after Kate was born, so I don't have that hurdle to jump.
So now i have my treadmill and Bowflex routines down and I am ready to have a healthy pregnancy. Hope to help give and receive support from you all! I'm sure I'll be here for a while since I'm a lactation speciallist and plan on nursing the new bug for a couple of years.
