1 (9 oz) package fresh cheese tortellini 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 1/3 cup chopped onion 1 (8oz) can no-salt added tomato sauce 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning 1/8 tsp garlic powder
1. Cook tortellini according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain well. Place in a serving bowl. 2. Coat a med. nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Place over med.-high heat until hot. Add green pepper and onion; saute until tender. 3. Stir in tomato sauce and remaining ingredients. Cook over med.-low heat until throughtly heated, stirring occasionally. Add tomato mixture to tortellini; toss gently. Serve immediately.
