spaghetti sauce
 
1 can cruched tomatoes
1 tsp oregano
2 cloves garlic
1 stalk celery
1 onion
1 lb ground beef or chicken

mix all ingredient except beef simmer. brown beef drain then to sauce. simmer 2 hours
