1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
4 ounces mozzarella cheese, part skim milk -- shredded
4 ounces lean ham -- chopped
2 teaspoons oregano
4 whole refridgerated biscuits
1. Preheat oven to 400º F.
2. In bowl combine first 4 ingredients. Set aside.
3. Roll each biscuit between 2 sheets of wax paper, forming 4 - 6" circles; spoon 1/4 of cheese mixture onto center of each.
4. Moisten edges of dough slightly then fold each circle over turnover style, pressing 4 "caljones", using tines of fork, press edges to seal.
5. Spray baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray. Bake until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Serve immediately.
