Question Myo Inositol Suppliment for PCOS?

Does anyone take Myo Inositol supplements for PCOS?

I just started taking them today.

I'd like to hear other's experiences with taking it.

Thanks

Hi there, spreadkindness.

YES!!! It took probably about a month for me to notice any difference, BUT my moods are SIGNIFICANTLY more stable now. I don't cry at the drop of a hat, nor get super frustrated nearly as often as I used to prior to taking it.
I take 2,500mg/day.

I started Ovasitol two weeks ago for insulin resistance. I think it is helping curb my carb cravings, and I have had an easier time dropping weight since I took it. But I'll have to take it longer term to really evaluate if that's true, and also whether it'll help regulate my periods.

This is what I take as well Ovasitol ...powder form and it has both times of inositol. Too soon to tell but hopefully will help! Look up the hormone diva on facebook - she has great testimonials and advice.
